Established in 2017. Retired contractor and operator who enjoys solving problems for both individuals and small business customers. New Mexico-born and -raised in Chama and Taos. Proud IBEW union member since 1985. Rio Rancho business license 23-0020052 carrying commercial and general liability insurance. Rio Rancho resident and member of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish.

I've always been the friend that people call when they have problems with anything at their house. I gained a wealth of knowledge owning and maintaining rental properties and renovating houses for resale in St. Louis, Missouri. I worked as a licensed contractor for numerous Realtors in Eugene, Oregon when homes under contract needed repairs prior to close. I purchased my little Kubota tractor in 2019 and immediately began fielding calls to do yard leveling and gravel spreading for friends, neighbors, and family. This word-of-mouth referral led me to start my LLC in New Mexico. 

In 2023, RTHS purchased a bucket truck, “Ginger,” which allows me to carry all the tools and materials necessary to make repairs immediately and to reach areas hard to access with a ladder. 

While payment to RTHS is due at time of service, we are happy to accept cash, check, Zelle, and PayPal. We also accept credit and debit card payments through SwipeSimple, but a 1.55% transaction fee will be added to the invoice
